Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a General IT Services GM to lead and streamline complex software applications and day-to-day operational support for our enterprise systems, including AS400-based modules used in supply chain and logistics.

The role requires deep technical leadership, extensive AS400/RPG development experience, and the ability to coordinate with business clients to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions across the organization in the MENAT region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Computer Techniques are required.
• Twenty-five years of experience in application development and maintenance on AS400 systems and RPG400/ILERPG programming.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop required modules and enhancements.
• Provide day-to-day application support and high-availability in SLA.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new software modules.
• Prepare SOPs and provide staff training for business users.
