• Facilitate service operations at the Center to meet targets for customer satisfaction, retention and productivity.
• Provide efficient service with a Guest First mindset and essential obligations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, welfare, integrity and branding policies.
• Coordinate with Parts and Workshop teams to ensure timely repairs and delivery.
• Engage customers to discuss works, costs and delivery times with clear communication.
