Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and partners to ensure delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver on time and within budget.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and policies.
• Track and report performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support change management activities and ensure smooth transitions during implementations.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
