Muller's Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in alignment with business goals. The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring governance and smooth change transitions across projects. Saudi Nationals preferred, with a pathway for experienced professionals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of IT project management experience.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation through closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and partners to ensure delivery.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver on time and within budget.
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and steering committee presentations.
Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and policies.
Track and report performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
Support change management activities and ensure smooth transitions during implementations.
Promote collaboration and effective communication across all stakeholders.
