Job summary

Jadaya, a subsidiary of Master Works, is seeking an IT Project Specialist to support planning, coordination and execution of IT projects by ensuring proper documentation, tracking and communication among stakeholders.

You will assist project managers and technical teams to deliver projects efficiently, align with business needs, and maintain project tracking tools, budgets, and compliance with PM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT projects or project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating IT project activities and timelines.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
• Support communication and collaboration between IT teams, business units, and vendors.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in financial tracking and reporting.
• Maintain project tracking tools and update project status regularly.
• Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and frameworks.
• Identify and report project risks or issues to the project manager.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and post-project evaluations.
• Support change management activities during project rollouts.
