Job summary

EJADA is seeking Project Management professionals to lead software, ERP, SAP, and Oracle delivery projects. The role emphasizes structured execution, governance, accurate reporting, and stakeholder alignment across regulated sectors.

You will coordinate with business users, technical teams, QA, DevOps, consultants, and clients; support UAT, releases, go-live, and hypercare; maintain plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and governance docs; and drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
CAPM, PMP and ERP certifications are preferred.
5+ years in project management, PMO, or IT delivery roles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across SDLC, ERP, SAP, and Oracle.
Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and communications.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, meeting minutes, dashboards, status reports, approvals, and governance documentation.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, QA, DevOps, SAP/Oracle consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Support or manage UAT, defect tracking, release readiness, deployment, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
Ensure compliance with delivery governance, documentation standards, audit readiness, security reviews, and client approval controls.
Monitor project performance, budget, effort consumption, invoicing milestones, and delivery risks where applicable.
Lead governance meetings, steering updates, escalation management, and corrective actions based on role seniority.
Support continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, reporting quality, planning, estimation, and project governance practices.
