Job summary

Al Qahtani Beverages in Saudi Arabia is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to provide frontline support and maintain IT systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT assets, and support onboarding and offboarding of users.

The role requires 2+ years in technical support and a Bachelor’s degree, with knowledge of ITIL or A+ certifications being a plus. Strong English communication is expected and practical IT asset management is part of daily tasks.
