Job summary

Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI) in Abha, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Junior IT Support specialist to provide technical help to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and maintain IT assets.

The role supports IT services and systems, ensures endpoint security and compliance, and handles incidents and service requests, plus onboarding and offboarding of users. Fluency in English is required and ITIL/A+ knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in computer technical support.
• Knowledge of ITIL, A+, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Very good English writing, reading and speaking skills.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM and ticketing systems.
