Job summary

Manzil is seeking an IT Associate to ensure devices, systems and networks run smoothly, enabling teams to focus on core priorities. You will support end-to-end IT operations across the organization, balancing reliability, security and efficiency while aligning with Manzil's brand and vision.

The role involves close collaboration with operations, product and engineering teams to maintain infrastructure, manage hardware, software, access and troubleshooting, and to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• Experience managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with identity and access management best practices.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration of the company’s internal technology stack and business applications.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, permissions and access reviews.
• Track technology assets and coordinate device provisioning, maintenance, repairs and replacements.
• Resolve day-to-day technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage IT invoices, budgets and procurement workflows; pursue automation opportunities.
