Job summary

Think AI in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced IT generalist to own end-user experience, from laptops to MFA, and to manage the SaaS stack and office network. You will build Think AI Nodes from bare chassis to production systems and operate our 30 kW HQ datacenter, ensuring smooth daily operations for a growing team.

The role requires breadth across endpoints, network, security, and scripting, with native Arabic and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on IT experience spanning endpoints, network, SaaS administration, and security.
• Hands-on server build experience including GPU installation, memory/storage population, cabling, firmware, BIOS, BMC, and OS provisioning.
• Scripting in at least two of Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration at company scale with SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation.
• Native Arabic and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end user and endpoint experience across the company: laptop provisioning, MDM enrollment, identity and MFA, onboarding, offboarding, and daily support.
• Administer the corporate SaaS stack across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Zoom. Access, groups, licensing, SSO, security posture, and audit readiness.
• Own the office network end to end: switches, WiFi, firewall, VPN, cabling, DNS, meeting room AV, printers, and VoIP.
• Build and deploy Think AI Nodes from bare chassis to production-ready system and support the 30 kW HQ datacenter.
• Operate IT security operations: patch management, backup verification, log monitoring, endpoint protection, and incident response.
• Own the technical facilities layer covering security cameras, badge control, meeting room AV, and VoIP configuration.
• Automate processes and manage IT vendors, procurement, licensing, and renewals.

Role overview

Owns every technical surface that keeps Think AI running. Laptops, identity, SaaS,

network, security, and the servers themselves. You will build and deploy our internal Think AI Nodes from

bare chassis to production-ready system, operate the 30 kW datacenter at HQ that serves as our internal

proving ground for every product we ship, and keep every employee's tools working without friction. We

are looking for a genuine jack of all trades who is excellent at each of them. Comfortable in a server rack,

comfortable in a terminal, and comfortable fixing an executive's laptop mid-meeting

What you will do

• Own the end user and endpoint experience across the company: laptop provisioning, MDM enrollment, identity and MFA, onboarding, offboarding, and daily support.
• Administer the corporate SaaS stack across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Zoom. Access,groups, licensing, SSO, security posture, and audit readiness.
• Own the office network end to end: switches, WiFi, firewall, VPN, cabling, DNS, meeting room AV, printers, and VoIP.
• Build and deploy Think AI Nodes from bare chassis to production-ready system. GPU, CPU, memory storage population, liquid cooling loop assembly and leak test, cabling, firmware, BIOS and BMC provisioning, OS imaging, driver stack, and burn-in validation against thermal and power targets.
• Operate the 30 kW HQ datacenter day to day alongside the VP of Field Engineering. Thermals, power draw, network health, firmware update cycles, spare parts inventory, RMAs, and hardware replacement.
• Own IT security operations: patch management, backup verification, log monitoring, endpoint protection, and incident response, in coordination with Legal on policy.
• Own the technical facilities layer covering security cameras, badge and access control, meeting room, AV, and VoIP configuration.
• Automate what should not be manual, and manage IT vendors, procurement, licensing, and renewals

What you need

• 7+ years hands-on IT experience with genuine breadth across endpoints, network, SaaS administration, and security.
• Hands-on server build experience. GPU installation, memory and storage population, cabling, firmware, BIOS, BMC, and OS provisioning.
• Strong scripting in at least two of bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration at company scale, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation.
• Network fundamentals: switching, routing, firewall rules, WiFi design, VPN, and DNS.
• Native Arabic and fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience supporting GPU or AI compute environments.
• Hands-on experience with liquid-cooled or high-density rack deployments.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.
• Prior experience inside a startup scaling from early to growth stage
