Job summary

azmtalent is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead end-to-end technology delivery across software, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.

You will own plans, budgets, and resource requirements, while coordinating stakeholders and vendors. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on project management experience and strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects throughout the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes with timely mitigation.
• Monitor progress against plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure quality, security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and updates to executives.
• Manage communications with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, workshops, and progress reviews.
• Document project charters, requirements, schedules, RAID logs, and closure reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery methodologies and processes.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and handover to operations.
• Support procurement and vendor management related to IT projects.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as needed.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business requirements.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.

• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality, security, compliance, and governance standards.
