Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and networks across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will monitor performance, implement automation with PowerShell and Ansible, and collaborate with security and application teams to ensure high availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or related field.
• 0–2 years IT Infrastructure experience.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, Windows/Linux servers, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and networks (on-premises and cloud).
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and uptime.
• Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Manage VMware/Hyper-V environments.
• Deploy workloads in Azure, AWS, and GCP with good cost control and security.
• Configure LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and routing.
• Collaborate with security teams on patches, access control, and compliance.
• Implement backup, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in business continuity planning.
• Work with applications, DBAs, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and diagrams.

Description

• Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal uptime.
• Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
• Manage VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent virtualization platforms.
• Deploy and manage workloads in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) ensuring cost efficiency and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and routing protocols.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, including patching, access control, and compliance standards.
• Implement and manage backup solutions, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in business continuity planning and execution.
• Work closely with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
• Other duties assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Skilled in storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions ensuring business continuity.
• Experience with monitoring tools and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on high availability and security.
• Effective communicator and team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Experience

IT Infrastructure: 0 - 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related field.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
