Job summary

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks an IT Application Support Administrator I to manage and support HungerStation’s IT applications and systems. You will serve end users, ensure reliable operation, and help resolve incidents quickly to minimize business disruption.

The role requires 1–2 years of IT application support experience, strong troubleshooting, and solid communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT application support, IT helpdesk, system administration, technical support, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues and implement workarounds.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills with regular interaction with end users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT application administration, support, and operational requests.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain IT applications and computer systems.
• Respond to incidents and service requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed to internal teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user manuals.
