Job summary

Norconsult Telematics in Riyadh seeks a Senior Project Controller to plan, monitor, and control ISP project activities across design, excavation, ducting, and handover, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will develop Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, perform EVA and cost control, and coordinate engineering, permitting, and implementation teams to provide data‑driven insights for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project control, cost management, or reporting in Telecom ISP domain.
• Strong budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning and cost control experience.
• Hands‑on with Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Proficient in data management, reporting automation, and project performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control ISP project schedules across design, excavation, ducting, cable laying, and handover.
• Track progress against baseline, identify variances, and propose mitigation plans.
• Monitor all project activities to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Track scope changes and manage change control process.
