We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the real-time coordination of our daily operations, ensuring flights are executed safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the customer experience.

You can expect to drive operational decisions by balancing commercial priorities with regulatory compliance and safety standards, while fostering cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

In this fast‑paced 24/7 role, you will serve as the key integrator across flight operations, crew scheduling, maintenance, ground handling, and customer service, leading swift, strategic decision‑making in response to any disruptions.

You will be responsible for managing irregular operations (IROPs), ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, monitoring performance metrics, leading crisis response, and maintaining clear communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 3 years of progressive experience in airline operations in a managerial or supervisory role.

You are expected to possess experience within an Airline Operations Control Center, Network Control, or Integrated Operations environment.
