Job summary

ABYAT in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory operations across our warehouse and showroom, ensuring accurate stock, timely cycles, and strict process compliance.

You will lead cycle counts, monitor inbound/outbound, inspect products for damage, and resolve discrepancies while using SAP and Excel. Arabic language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
• Experience in cycle counting, inspection, returns, inbound, and outbound operations.
• Experience in warehouse and showroom inventory.
• Knowledge of product inspection and damage analysis.
• Exposure to SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Arabic language proficiency is Must.

About This Role:

Supervise inventory operations across warehouse and showroom locations, ensuring smooth execution of inventory activities, compliance with operational processes, accurate stock control, effective product inspection, and timely resolution of inventory-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Operations

• Supervise inventory operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Monitor products within the warehouse and during inventory cycles in the showroom.
• Coordinate inventory activities across warehouse and showroom locations.

Inventory Control

• Conduct and oversee cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and return inventory activities.
• Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies and related issues.

Product Inspection & Damage Analysis

• Conduct product inspections as part of inventory activities.
• Identify and analyze product damages, including damages identified during receiving.
• Follow up on inspection findings and inventory-related product issues.

Compliance

• Monitor compliance with inventory processes and requirements on the floor.
• Ensure inventory activities are carried out in accordance with established processes.

Problem Solving & Escalation

• Identify and resolve inventory-related problems on the ground.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalations when required.

Ticketing System

• Manage and follow up on inventory-related applications and issues through the ticketing system.
• Ensure inventory requests and issues are adequately tracked and followed up.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
• Experience in cycle counting, inspection, returns, inbound, and outbound operations.
• Experience in warehouse and showroom inventory.
• Knowledge of product inspection and damage analysis.
