Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. is seeking a Stock Controller in Jeddah to manage stock transfers from warehouse to stores and inter-store movements, ensuring accurate records and minimal discrepancies.

The role requires 2–4 years of luxury retail experience and strong inventory control skills. You will oversee stock takes, adjust defective stock as per policy, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school qualification or commerce graduate.
• 2–4 years luxury retail experience.
• Computer literacy in Oracle or similar inventory control program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock transfers from warehouse to store and inter-store movements, recording updates to reduce discrepancies.
• Oversee warehouse stock counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Provide updates on deliveries, stock levels, pending orders, and replenishment processes.
• Prepare annual stock take calendar with relevant managers and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate shipments with EZ in Italy and logistics partners for timely delivery.
