Overview

Inventory Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in inventory management. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, including purchasing, receiving, tracking, and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits
  • Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely ordering of supplies
  • Oversee the receiving process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Track inventory movements and maintain accurate records
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
  • Communicate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs
  • Manage a team of inventory clerks or assistants
Requirements
  • Previous experience in inventory management is required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
