Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities with emphasis on safety, quality and performance.
• Coach and monitor staff to foster productivity and continuous improvement.
• Set department requirements and encourage teamwork, collaboration and clear communication.
• Enforce safety procedures and document accidents or incidents promptly.
• Drive results, meet deadlines and adapt to changes.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety and IT to support projects.
• Track production metrics and use data to develop improvement strategies.
• Mentor staff to optimize performance and support growth.
• Review timecards, assist with payroll accuracy, and handle shift rotations including holidays.
• Assist with pass-down reports and extend coverage as needed.
