Job summary

Floward seeks an Inventory Officer to support day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities, ensuring accurate stock records, proper receiving and dispatch of items, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include tracking inbound/outbound orders, receiving items, verifying quantities and quality against purchase requests, and preparing daily stock balance reports. 1–3 years in inventory/warehouse operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records of stock movements.
• Supporting reconciliation of work orders.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders.
• Receiving incoming items.
• Verifying quantities and quality against purchase requests.
• Checking date-sensitive products for expiration.
• Preparing daily and weekly stock balance reports.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety guidelines.
