Job summary

Matar Holding company is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller to accurately record and process inbound and outbound material transactions in our ERP system. The role focuses on precise weight verification for truck movements and maintaining data integrity during routine inventory checks.

You will conduct cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and generate daily/weekly stock reports while coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in a similar role; agro-fed sector preferred.
• Experience using ERP inventory modules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Accurately record and process all inbound and outbound material transactions in the ERP system, including packing slips, transfer orders, and purchase requisitions. Ensure precise weight verification for all truck movements while maintaining high standards of data integrity and supporting routine inventory inspections.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain accurate stock records
• Conduct regular physical inventory (cycle counts and stock counts)
• Monitor stock levels and alert for reorder points
• Timely issuance of materials to production
• Document all stock movements in ERP accurately and timely
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock and movement reports
• Generate packing slips, transfer orders and purchase requisitions
• Reconcile inbound material movement with the supplier invoice

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications and : Diploma or bachelor's
• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role; experience in feed/agro-industrial sectors preferred

• Capable of preparing and analyzing stock status, movement, and discrepancy reports
• Experience in using inventory/warehouse management modules in ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

• Capable to investigate inventory discrepancies or process issues and implement corrective actions
• Able to manage multiple stock requests and deliveries under tight schedules
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics teams
