is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Dammam to analyze stock data, ensure accuracy, and optimize levels across warehouse and supply chain functions. You will work with ERP/WMS systems to monitor movements, investigate variances, and support cycle counts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of inventory or warehouse analytics experience, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
1–3 years experience in inventory control, warehouse analytics, or ERP/WMS reporting preferred.
Strong knowledge of stock accuracy, cycle counts, variance analysis, and aging.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory performance using ERP/WMS reports (stock availability, movements, shortages, excess/slow-moving items).
Investigate variances between system and physical stock (GR/PO receipts, transfers, adjustments).
Support cycle counting and physical inventory activities; track findings and close discrepancies.
Prepare and share inventory reports (aging, stock status, discrepancy reports, KPI dashboards).
Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues.
Ensure correct item master/bin/location setup and support updates.
Assist in forecasting and replenishment planning by providing reliable inventory insights.
Support WMS process compliance and help improve inventory workflows and controls.
Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, analysis, and actions taken.
