Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Express in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Courier to be the face of our service, delivering time-sensitive shipments with safety and a friendly customer experience. You will pickup and deliver within a local route, assist customers, ensure proper paperwork, and use handheld scanners to update statuses.

You will also plan routes, operate the vehicle safely, and comply with customs and safety standards.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia.
English proficiency; Arabic basic to intermediate helpful.
Physically able to lift packages and stay active for long periods.
Customer-focused with reliability and punctuality.
Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently collect and deliver shipments within a local route.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and resolve questions professionally.
Shipment Handling: Ensure correct scanning and accurate paperwork.
Route Management: Plan efficient routes for timely delivery.
Vehicle Operation & Safety: Drive safely and perform daily vehicle checks.
Technology Use: Use handheld scanners to track shipments and statuses.
Compliance: Follow all policies, safety and customs requirements.
