Job summary

DHL Express in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Certified International Specialist to drive revenue in the assigned territory. You will develop, service, retain existing customers and acquire new business opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities include ambassadorial duties, building client relationships, managing inquiries, and ensuring timely collections. Arabic language skills are a plus in our diverse market and collaboration with multiple departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Telephone/Sales experience in a multinational company with customer interface is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Develop and maintain high-level rapport with customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate DHL department.
• Maintain regular call cycles to existing customers to build multi-level relationships and sustain revenue.
• Identify customer needs and show how DHL services add value to their business.
• Source and convert new business leads to generate profitable revenue from new customers.
• Monitor credit issues and coordinate with Customer Accounting to ensure timely collections.
• Update call details on COMET and IBS forms for future reference.
• Take ownership of service failures and resolve issues quickly.
• Analyze figures and trends to maximize revenue.
