Job summary

AMAQ [Interiors] is seeking an on-site Architect in Riyadh for a full-time role. The ideal candidate will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed designs, drawings and specifications for interior and fit-out projects, while ensuring compliance with local codes and project standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop creative, functional, and buildable design solutions.
• Must be able to speak English (as most our clients are English Speaking)
• Must be able to join immediately.
• Must be a Saudi Citizen
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Familiarity with integration of architectural work with building systems, including basic understanding of Integration and collaboration with electro-mechanical and IT disciplines.
• Knowledge of Saudi building codes, fit-out standards, and sustainability principles; experience with LEED or similar certifications is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, drawings and specifications for interior and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Review construction documents and support design revisions to maintain design integrity, quality and timelines.
• Participate in client meetings and translate requirements into functional and aesthetic solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture with building systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and sustainability practices.
• Maintain thorough project documentation within AMAQ
