Job summary

CLEAR - Field is seeking an experienced Interior Designer in Riyadh to craft compelling design concepts and manage projects from concept to completion. You will develop mood boards, source materials, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors on-site to achieve bold, functional spaces.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, proficiency with AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit, and a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of interior design experience, managing projects from concept to completion. Skilled in mood boards, color schemes, materials, and finishes.
• Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit (BIM preferred), 3ds Max.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptualization and create unique interior concepts that meet client needs and expectations.
• Develop mood boards and visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Space planning and layout development to maximize functionality and safety.
• Material sourcing and sample provision aligned with design vision.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors; maintain clear communication throughout.
• Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion and on-site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct post-completion follow-up to verify client satisfaction.
