Job summary

MPH seeks an Interface Site Package Lead for Jubail, Saudi Arabia, to coordinate engineering, construction and commissioning interfaces across EPCC packages. You will ensure timely planning, monitor progress and manage permits to avoid schedule clashes on site.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in project management within refining and petrochemicals, fluent English, and strong cross‑cultural collaboration to liaise with contractors, project entities and auditors on a multinational site.

Qualifications

• Refining & petrochemicals projects and technologies.
• 5-10+ years experience in projects Management.
• Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind.
• Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, etc.).
• Ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
• Oral communication abilities and writing skills in the English language.

Responsibilities

• The Service Holder will be in charge to ensure that all interfaces in engineering, construction and commissioning are timely coordinated, planned and managed between the EPCC packages.
• Monitor timely the progress of all engineering and construction IPs, and commissioning shared systems
• Facilitate the dialog between Contractors/any Entity when required,
• Ensure that all construction interface permits are in place and executed in compliance with the inter-dependance permit to work.
