Job summary

MPH in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking an Interface Site Package lead for a 12-month residential assignment. You will coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction and commissioning, ensuring timely progress and effective communication among multinational teams.

The role requires 5-10+ years of project management experience, the ability to work in an international project environment, and strong English writing and communication skills. A transferable IQAMA for KSA is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction and commissioning across EPCC packages.
• Monitor progress of engineering and construction IPs and shared commissioning systems.
• Facilitate dialogue between Contractors and project entities as required.
• Ensure construction interface permits are in place and compliant with inter-dependence permits.

Qualification:

• Refining & petrochemicals projects and technologies.
• 5-10+ years’ experience in projects Management.
• Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind.
• Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, etc.).
• Ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
• Oral communication abilities and writing skills in the English language.

/ SERVICE DIMENSIONS

• The Service Holder will be in charge to ensure that all interfaces in engineering, construction and commissioning are timely coordinated, planned and managed between the EPCC packages.
• Monitor timely the progress of all engineering and construction IPs, and commissioning shared systems
• Facilitate the dialog between Contractors/any Entity when required,
• Ensure that all construction interface permits are in place and executed in compliance with the inter-dependance permit to work.
