Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Interface Management Analyst - Airports to support the Interface Manager in identifying, documenting, tracking and coordinating interfaces and interdependencies across airport programs. You will maintain the interface register, provide analysis and documentation, and coordinate actions with workstreams, vendors and stakeholders to keep records current and accurate.

A background in aviation or airport programs and strong MS Office, JIRA/ADO and SharePoint skills are

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interface register, definitions, agreements and status data.
• Analyze interfaces and interdependencies and highlight gaps, conflicts and risks.
• Track interface actions and issues, chasing owners to keep records current.
• Support interface coordination forums - scheduling, papers, minutes and actions.
• Liaise with workstreams, vendors and stakeholders to gather and validate interface data.
• Produce interface status reports and dashboards.
• Check completeness and quality of interface documentation.
• Support integration, readiness and go-live activities from an interface view.

Key Responsibilities

Interface Administration & Analysis

• Maintain the interface register, definitions, agreements and status data.
• Analyze interfaces and interdependencies and highlight gaps, conflicts and risks.
• Track interface actions and issues, chasing owners to keep records current.

Coordination & Reporting

• Support interface coordination forums - scheduling, papers, minutes and actions.
• Liaise with workstreams, vendors and stakeholders to gather and validate interface data.
• Produce interface status reports and dashboards.

Assurance

• Check completeness and quality of interface documentation.
• Support integration, readiness and go-live activities from an interface view.

Skills & Experience

• Analysis & coordination: Experience in an analyst, coordinator or interface/PMO support role.
• Documentation: Strong documentation, data-handling and tracking skills.
• Organization: Structured, organized and detail-focused working.
• Tooling: Proficiency with MS Office and register/tracking tools (Excel, JIRA/ADO, SharePoint).
• Communication: Clear communication and stakeholder liaison.
• Experience in aviation, airports or infrastructure programs.
• Understanding of system integration and interface concepts.
• Exposure to MSI delivery models.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
