Job summary

The House Hotel Jeddah, managed by Kerten Hospitality, seeks a Community Manager to build and oversee a vibrant guest and local community. You will curate events, cultivate partnerships, and guide social programming to reflect the brand identity and boost guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in community management or events within hospitality or lifestyle sectors, with strong networking, English fluency, and event execution skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong event planning and execution capabilities.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities; strong communication.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the hotel community of guests, residents, and partners.
• Plan and deliver events, activations, workshops, and social programming.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, artists, and cultural groups.
• Manage social channels and community platforms with on-brand content and timely responses.
• Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to improve programming.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, F&B, and Front Office to align initiatives with revenue goals.
• Manage the community/events budget and ROI for each activity.
• Support pre-opening or ramp-up activities and local partnerships.
• Represent the brand at external community events.
• Provide insights on trends and guest preferences to management.
