Qualifications

• Experience with Windows servers and Active Directory basics.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure support operations.
• Understanding of SLA-driven service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Keep critical IT applications running.
• Deliver support within IT Service Level Agreements to meet KPIs.
• Support IT-related change requests and projects affecting local/regional business.
• Act as IT focal for the business, deliver IT service reports to management.
• Collaborate with team and manage business satisfaction with IT service.
