Job summary

Sila Technical Company is seeking a qualified Quality Control Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Saudi Arabia. You will implement and monitor QC procedures, inspect works, and ensure compliance with ITPs and project specs.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction, inspection practices, and quality documentation is essential. You will review submittals, coordinate with site engineers, labs, consultants and clients, and prepare QA/QC records, NCRs and corrective actions to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in Quality Control for infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• Experience with water pipelines, sewer networks, roadworks or utility infrastructure preferred.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QC procedures per project specs, approved method statements, and ITPs.
• Inspect infrastructure works including water pipelines, sewer networks, roadworks, earthworks, backfilling and asphalt works.
• Review submittals, technical documents, test reports and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with site engineers, survey teams, laboratories, consultants, and clients to ensure compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing and field density tests.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and quality standards.
