Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Cost Engineering, Law, or related field.
• 10 years of commercial experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in cost management, contract administration, and reporting.
• Familiar with contracts, claims, and change management processes.
• Experience using SAP, PRISM, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing contracting strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with commercial, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flows.
• Track project performance against budgets and highlight variances, risks, and trends.
• Prepare regular commercial and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration, including variations, claims and change control.
• Support procurement package development and tender documentation.
• Evaluate contractor submissions and recommendations.
• Maintain proper documentation across the contract lifecycle.
• Identify and elevate commercial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and procurement for reporting.
• Support implementation of commercial systems and reporting processes (e.g., PRISM, SAP).
