Job summary

The IT Manager at اللجنة الوطنية لرعاية السجناء والمفرج عنهم وأسرهم will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, lead the IT team, and align technology initiatives with business goals. You will manage projects, ensure security, and drive improvements across networks and software systems.

With 8+ years in IT leadership, you will optimize budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate with departments to meet evolving technology needs in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master is preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network administration, and security principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CCNA) are a plus.
