Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced IT systems and network engineering professional to support the PMS team in Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia. You will manage local and cloud IT infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and align systems with client and corporate standards.

Responsibilities include cybersecurity compliance, licensing, access control, and backup procedures, with collaboration across Client IT departments and project teams.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience in Engineering and supervising Network and Communication Systems.
• Twelve (12) years of experience; six (6) years within Engineering and supervising Network and Communication Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems support and network management for PMS team.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local and cloud-based IT infrastructure (servers, databases, network hardware).
• Support implementation and maintenance of document management, collaboration, and reporting platforms.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data integrity across project systems.

Job Description

Provide IT systems support and network management services for the PMS team, ensuring secure and efficient operation of project related communication and data systems. Maintain and troubleshoot local and cloud-based IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network hardware. Support the implementation and maintenance of document management, collaboration, and reporting platforms used by the PMS and Client. Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data integrity across all project systems. Coordinate with Client IT departments to align PMS IT systems with project and corporate standards. Provide technical assistance to project staff and manage software licensing, access control, and data backup procedures.

Required Experience Criteria In Years

• Alternative (I): Eight (8) years of experience in Engineering and supervising Network and Communication Systems.
• Alternative (II): Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of which within Engineering and supervising Network and Communication Systems

Minimum Education Qualification Required

• Alternative (I): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Hardware and Networking.
• Alternative (II) Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Hardware and Networking

The job location will be based on Alkhafji , Saudi Arabia.
