Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational needs and defined training objectives.
• Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands‑on activities, case studies, presentations, and digital learning methods.
• Develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, assessments, and supporting learning materials using learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to participants with different levels of knowledge and technical experience.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions while maintaining strong participant engagement, interaction, and knowledge transfer.
• Manage classroom activities, participant questions, technical challenges, and learning requirements effectively during training sessions.
• Assess participant understanding and learning outcomes through practical exercises, assessments, discussions, and other appropriate evaluation methods.
• Adapt training approaches, materials, and delivery methods according to participant needs, organizational requirements, and changes in technology.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in relevant technology areas such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Programming.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.
• Strong organization, time management, problem‑solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
• Ability to manage technical challenges effectively and respond appropriately to participant questions, learning needs, and classroom situations.

Preferred skills

• Relevant industry‑recognized technical certifications in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other applicable technology domains are preferred.
• Experience delivering technical training in classroom, virtual, or blended learning environments is preferred.
• Experience developing practical exercises, technical assessments, digital learning materials, and hands‑on training activities is preferred.
