Job summary

SRACO Company is seeking an experienced technical training specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive programs in Computer Science, IT, AI, and related tech areas at our Dhahran compound location.

You will design curricula, practical exercises, and assessments, using cutting-edge learning platforms and digital tools, while engaging participants and ensuring knowledge transfer across diverse skill levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related tech field.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in relevant technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, and case studies.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.
• Ensure strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer.

Job description

• Ability to develop and deliver technical training content practical exercises presentations and assessments using appropriate learning technologies virtual platforms and digital tools
• Develop prepare and deliver technical training programs courses workshops and seminars based on organizational needs and training objectives
• Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through practical demonstrations hands-on activities case studies and digital learning methods while ensuring strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer
• Excellent presentation facilitation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge
• Strong organization time management problem-solving classroom management and adaptability skills with the ability to manage technical challenges and respond effectively to participant needs
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Computer Science Information Technology Artificial Intelligence Data Science Cloud Computing Cybersecurity Programming or other relevant technology areas

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field.

Experience Required:

Must have 3-5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas.

Preferred certificate:

Relevant industry-recognized technical certifications in areas such as AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other applicable technology
