Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or cyber-related field.
• 5–6 years in automation, cybersecurity, or industrial networking.
• Strong knowledge of Emerson Process Systems and Solutions products.
• Experience configuring and supporting industrial network switches and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Siemens, Palo Alto, Hirschmann).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and service activities in line with customer requirements.
• Provide cybersecurity recommendations and system health checks.
• Coordinate and execute service projects and technical activities.
• Startup, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of Emerson systems.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
• Support Sales Engineers in product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Deliver training on operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and project records.
• Ensure compliance with Emerson processes and quality standards.
