Provides onsite and offsite cybersecurity services for Industrial Control Systems (ICS/OT), supporting customers with secure industrial network solutions, including consulting, troubleshooting, implementation, and security assessments. Bahraini nationals are preferred.
This role is responsible for delivering cybersecurity services for industrial Process Control Networks, supporting customers across industries such as Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Processing, Power Generation, Pulp, Paper & Printing, Petrochemicals, Life Sciences, and Metals, Minerals & Mining. The role involves onsite and remote consulting, troubleshooting, network design and implementation, security assessments, and other related cybersecurity engineering tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary customer interface to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Maintain technical competency in security and networking systems
- Maintain knowledge in designated security/network disciplines
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Provide accurate and efficient technical/engineering support
- Diagnose issues and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards: NIST, NCA, IEC-62443, ISO 27001
- Maintain cybersecurity certifications
- Requires 30– 65% travel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation network systems
Must have:
- CCNA certification
- 3+ years industrial networking experience
- Linux and Windows security basics
- Virtualization experience (VCP)
- Familiarity with industrial process control environments
- Familiarity with industrial site safety requirements
- Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Terminal Server
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN architectures and Purdue IC
- Process control system design and implementation knowledge
- Familiarity with designing and optimizing LAN environments
- Cisco Certified Network / Design / Security Professional (at least one)
- Experience with anti-virus systems, backup & restore, network management, and whitelisting
