Provides onsite and offsite cybersecurity services for industrial process control networks, including consulting, troubleshooting, network design, implementation, and assessments.
This role is responsible for delivering cybersecurity services for industrial Process Control Networks across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemicals, Life Sciences, and Metals, Minerals & Mining. Services include consulting, troubleshooting, network design, implementation, assessments, and related cybersecurity tasks.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary customer interface to ensure proposed solutions meet their business needs.
- Maintain technical competency with the Honeywell Process Solutions security and networking product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated security/network disciplines.
- Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
- Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as NIST, NCA, IEC-62443, ISO27001, etc.
- Maintain cyber security certifications
- Requires 30– 65% travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial automation network systems
- Must have:
- CCNA certification
- Cybersecurity risk analysis experience
- 5+ years of industrial networking experience
- Linux and Windows security fundamentals
- 5+ years leading security projects
- Strong virtualization experience (VCP)
- 5+ years performing audits and assessments
- Familiarity with industrial site safety requirements
- 5+ years experience in industrial process control environments
- Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Terminal Server
- Experience with LAN/WAN architectures and Purdue ICs model
- Process control system design and implementation knowledge
- Experience designing and optimizing complex LAN environments
- Experience with firewall technologies: Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet
- Experience delivering cybersecurity/network/system services at customer sites
- Experience with:
- Anti-virus systems
- Backup and restore solutions
- Network management tools
- Whitelisting technologies
- Knowledge of industry standards: NIST, NCA, IEC-62443, ISO 27001
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems and integrations
Qualifications
- Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) certification
- Cisco Certified Network / Design / Security Professional (at least one required)
- Nice to have:
- CompTIA Security+
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- Splunk Fundamentals & Administration
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Experience with SIEM solutions: Splunk, ArcSight, Tripwire
