MapleGroves in Jizan invites an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to lead our kitchen and craft authentic Indian dishes for a busy restaurant. You will plan menus, control inventory, train staff, and ensure quality and presentation that delight guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Indian cuisine cooking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine with modern twists.
• Ability to manage a busy kitchen while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience ordering ingredients from suppliers and managing inventory levels.
• Strong leadership skills to train and supervise kitchen staff.
