Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Inclusion, Diversity & Employee Experience Specialist to champion an inclusive culture and balance strategic I&D initiatives with hands-on engagement, communications, and HR admin across the site.

The role partners with leadership on I&D programs, supports ERGs, plans events and town halls, and manages the internal newsletter and site branding while coordinating site visits and contractor onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to write compelling newsletters and site announcements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive I&D programs that foster belonging and equity.
• Support ERGs and coordinate culture-building activities.
• Plan and execute team-building events, town halls, and site celebrations.
• Own the internal newsletter and site announcements.
• Manage facility branding reflecting the company’s identity and values.
• Coordinate logistics for site visits with leadership, officials, and customers.
• Prepare the facility environment for external guests.
• Provide HR administrative support for contractor hiring and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and facility coordination.
• Maintain records and documentation for HR and event-related activities.
