Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Inclusion, Diversity & Employee Experience Specialist to champion an inclusive culture and balance strategic I&D initiatives with hands-on engagement, communications, and HR admin across the site.

The role partners with leadership on I&D programs, supports ERGs, plans events and town halls, and manages the internal newsletter and site branding while coordinating site visits and contractor onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to write compelling newsletters and site announcements.

The Inclusion & Diversity & Employee Experience Specialist will serve as a champion for an inclusive workplace culture. This role balances strategic I&D initiatives with the tactical execution of employee engagement, facility branding, and HR administrative support. You will be the primary point of contact for internal communications, site-wide event planning, and external stakeholder visits.

• Coordinate logistics for high-level site visits, including leadership teams, government officials, and key customers.
• Ensure the facility environment is prepared and professional for all external guests.
• Support HR processes specifically related to contractor hiring and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and facility coordination.
• Maintain records and documentation for HR and event-related activities.

Required Qualifications
