Role Context

The operator will be responsible for operating refrigeration, ice‑making, and water‑chilling systems used within the ready‑mix concrete production process. Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial ice‑making machines, chillers, refrigeration units, pumps, tanks, and associated plant equipment.

• Identify unusual noise, vibration, leakage, overheating, pressure variation, or reduced cooling performance.
• Report mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration faults promptly to the maintenance team.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and basic preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist technicians during troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and replacement of plant components.
• Maintain adequate water levels and monitor the quality and cleanliness of stored water and produced ice.
• Prevent contamination of ice, chilled water, storage tanks, and distribution systems.
• Record operating temperatures, pressures, production quantities, equipment status, and downtime.
• Maintain daily shift logs and report unresolved problems during handover.
