ACWA is seeking an I&C Engineer to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for Rumah 1 CCGT Power Plant. You will oversee maintenance staff, manage CMMS work orders in SAP, and coordinate with planning engineers while ensuring IMS objectives and legal compliance.

The role requires a BE in I&C, 6–12 years of related experience, and proven skills in hazard assessment, incident investigation, and risk management. Strong English communication and MS Outlook proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s engineering degree (B.E) in I&C from a four-year college or university.
• Six to ten years of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination.
• 12 years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assigns preventive and corrective maintenance jobs and coordinates staff.
• Executes work orders through CMMS (SAP) and coordinates with planning engineer.
• Ensures IMS objectives and legal compliance.
• Performs risk assessments and root cause analysis for nonconformances.
• Prepares purchase requisitions and ensures budgetary constraints.
• Provides on-the-job training and evaluates performance.
