Job summary

Accenture Middle East seeks a seasoned leader to drive large-scale Data Centre programmes across the region, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and leading cross-functional teams.

You will strengthen executive-level relationships with developers, hyperscalers, and investors, while guiding bids, proposals, and business development initiatives that expand key accounts and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major capital projects.
• Extensive Data Centre experience, hyperscale or mission-critical.
• Background in PMC or construction consultancy or client-side delivery.
• Proven leadership of programmes valued > $500m.
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement with international clients.
• Experience in business development, account management, and client growth.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, PM, QS, or related.
• Professional membership with a recognised institution desirable.
• MEA market experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead major hyperscale and mission-critical Data Centre programmes across the region, acting as trusted advisor.
• Drive project delivery excellence and provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop client development, market growth, and identify new opportunities across the region.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale Data Centre programmes; act as senior client-facing lead for key accounts.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships with developers, hyperscalers, investors and partners.
• Oversee governance, risk, planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
