Accenture Middle East seeks a seasoned leader to drive large-scale Data Centre programmes across the region, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and leading cross-functional teams.

You will strengthen executive-level relationships with developers, hyperscalers, and investors, while guiding bids, proposals, and business development initiatives that expand key accounts and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major capital projects.
• Extensive Data Centre experience, hyperscale or mission-critical.
• Background in PMC or construction consultancy or client-side delivery.
• Proven leadership of programmes valued > $500m.
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement with international clients.
• Experience in business development, account management, and client growth.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, PM, QS, or related.
• Professional membership with a recognised institution desirable.
• MEA market experience desirable.

Job description

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading major hyperscale and mission-critical Data Centre programmes acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving project delivery excellence
• The successful candidate will bring extensive experience from a PMC construction consultancy or client-side environment with a proven track record of managing large complex Data Centre developments from strategy through execution
• Alongside programme leadership you will play a key role in client development market growth and identifying new business opportunities across the region
• Lead the delivery of large-scale Data Centre programmes across the regionAct as the senior client-facing lead and strategic advisor for key accounts
• Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with developers hyperscalers investors and delivery partners
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams including project management project controls commercial management planning risk and reporting functions
• Oversee programme governance reporting risk management and stakeholder engagement activities
• Drive programme performance against cost schedule quality and operational readiness objectives
• Provide strategic guidance during project planning procurement design management and construction phases
• Lead internal teams and supply chain partners to deliver consistent high-quality outcomes
• Support the development and execution of account plans and regional growth strategies
• Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective client organisations
• Support bids proposals presentations and business development initiatives
• Represent Accenture at industry events conferences and client engagements throughout the region
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the business while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major capital projects.
• Extensive Data Centre experience, ideally delivering hyperscale or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong background within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), construction consultancy, or client-side delivery organisation.
• Proven experience leading complex programmes valued in excess of $500m.
• Experience operating at executive stakeholder level with international clients.
• Demonstrable experience in business development, account management, and client growth activities
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Professional membership with a recognised institution (APM, RICS, CIOB, PMI, ICE or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Experience in the Middle East market is desirable.
