Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join the O&M team at the hydrogen production plant in Neom. The role covers day-to-day electrical maintenance, predictive, preventive and corrective tasks, spares management, and adherence to safety policies and plant procedures.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and support commissioning activities for new plants, maintaining documentation in SAP and ensuring zero-accident safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in a technical discipline; 3–5 years of related plant electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial gas, chemical, refining or related industries is advantageous.
• Ability to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance per site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical systems of the hydrogen production plant safely and reliably.
• Develop and update electrical maintenance procedures and plans.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment; respond to breakdowns and minimize production loss.
• Enter maintenance data into SAP and generate technical reports.
• Participate in planning and execution of shutdowns; support commissioning activities.
• Provide training to new maintenance technicians and supervise contractors as required.
• Ensure adherence to EH&S standards and site procedures.
