Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company is seeking a Staff Asset and Reliability Engineer to drive asset lifecycle planning, reliability improvements, and data-driven maintenance strategies. The role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with operations, finance, and vendors to optimize uptime and return on investment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of maintenance and reliability experience in an operating industrial plant, with 5 years in reliability and asset engineering.
Proficiency in RCA, RCM, FMEA/FMECA, Weibull analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

Lead asset lifecycle planning and manage asset register and criticality.
Analyze asset performance data to optimize reliability and extend asset life.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using RC principles.
As SME, mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams.
Interface with OEMs, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues.
