Job summary

Getinge in الرياض, SA seeks a Service Engineer SWP-DHS to independently perform maintenance, repairs and safety inspections on Getinge products within Saudi Arabia, traveling to customer sites.

The role requires a graduate-level qualification with Biomedical/Engineering background and 5+ years of field service experience; English and Arabic are desirable.

The position is on-site with hybrid work 3-4 days at home where applicable, offering career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate level qualification; preference for Biomedical Engineers, Computer Science or Telecommunication.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in service/medical technician roles.
• Experience with operation tables, surgical lights, pendants, tracking and integrated workflow systems.
• Completed training as a mechatronics, electrical, medical, or power-electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of electronics, medical technology, and IT systems.
• English; Arabic desirable.
• Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently carry out maintenance, repairs, and safety-related inspections on Getinge products.
• Support products and customers in all service matters and document all service work in the documentation system.
• Act as a medical device advisor (support function, on the basis of applicable medical device regulations).
• Work closely and coordinate with customers as well as the internal and field sales teams.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for customers.
• Carry out quality-system responsibilities, including documentation of service work and the maintenance and processing of service orders.
